Unix / AIX Engineer - AIX - Unix - SC Cleared - AIX - South West An experienced Unix Engineer with a specialisation in AIX technologies and clustering along with virtualisation is required on a number of high profile Government projects and substantial AIX pipeline of work. We require highly motivated individuals with strong experience at working in a third line support role. You will require strong current Unix skills in up to date technologies such as AIX 6.1 and AIX 5.3. Experience in VIO configuration is required with a strong grasp of clustering. Successful candidates will identify problem areas, through analysis of information and trends, proposing action to resolve problems and enhance service. As the AIX Technical Engineer you will be able to establish multiple relationships with senior level customers and range of managers across the organisation to act as a respected technical interface in order to deliver and enhance service.
