1st Line Helpdesk Support
My client is looking for a 1st Line Helpdesk Support within the Warrington area. The key responsibilities of this role are: * Logging, tracking and resolving customer technical problems * Communicating with customers by phone and email * Working as part of a team to deliver a customer-centric pro-active problem resolution service Key skills and experience required: * Strong customer service and communication skills by phone and email * Investigative and problem solving skills * Technology skills * Ability to fix IT software problems * Ability to resolve user errors, password/access problems * Experience supporting remotely installed software products * A qualification in a computing related discipline would be advantageous If you have previous 1st Line Helpdesk Support background preferably within a Local Authority/ Housing Association or NHS then please call Safwan Manjoo on 0207 954 5957.
