Senior Researcher (Housing and Welfare) Edinburgh �20.39 - �24.55 per hour Stafffinders client is looking for a Senior Researcher to join their team on a full time basis until May 2013. This post will primarily cover research on housing, welfare reform and associated subjects but may also provide research cover on school age education, FE and HE. Essential experience required: *Detailed knowledge/experience of one or more social affairs subject: housing and welfare reform. *Knowledge of research methods including analytical and numerical ability and how to approach enquiry handling. *Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. *The ability to produce comprehensive and clearly written briefings accessible to members and their staff *Knowledge of the devolved settlement, ideally including the Scottish Parliament and Government.
