The role We are looking for an experienced IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Engineering Manager for a leading general manufacturer in Norfolk . This role is varied and involves managing a maintenance team, delivering and managing capital projects and maintaining facilities. It is key that through your supervisors you can effectively manage a large maintenance team. The main focus of the Engineering Manager is to improve the maintenance systems and methods to reduce downtime and improve uptime and manufacturing performance..  The Person Applicants should have Maintenance Management experience within food or Fmcg .  This role will challenge the Engineering Manager to appraise and then develop and implement an improved maintenance management strategy. We are looking for a driven and successful Engineering Manager from either a Mechanical or Electrical background, but will have a successful track record of both proactive and reactive maintenance.
