Right now we are assisting one of our clients in the search for a Quality Manager - Wireless Construction. This position is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the workplace to ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. Supervises assigned Safety Assistants. Monitors and evaluates the workplace to ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety and environmental regulations. Administers safety and environmental policies and programs. Conducts safety and environmental training programs. Maintains appropriate safety and environmental documentation. Understands and interprets ISO 9000 as relates to safety and environmental requirements. Participates in special projects as required. Requirements for this position are as follows: •Minimum 5-8 years of safety related experience within the wireless construction industry. •Scope Development and Understanding of Construction Processes • Effective management skills related to self-perform civil and tower crews •Intimate Knowledge of Wireless Construction Methodologies and Processes within the Market •Risk Management / Mitigation and Creative Problem Solving Skills •End to end knowledge of UMTS and LTE field installation standards and industry specifications related to tower and AC/DC electrical installations. This is a long term contract position based out of Farmington Hills MI. This position will entail a good deal of travel, primarily with the MI, OH and PA markets.
