Otus Live in Care is an agency providing an introduction service of Experienced self employed Live in Carers to our Clients. We are seeking experienced Live in Carers who are already based in Scotland for engagements with the growing number of clients we have in the region. Our key objective is to recruit competent, dedicated, warm individuals with Live in Care experience who are committed to creating an environment for Clients where the dignity of each individual is respected at all times. We have engagements for experienced carers available throughout the UK of varying lengths. Pay rates for experienced carers start at £65 - £129 per day dependant on your skills. In addition full board and accommodation plus travel to and from engagements are included. Below are some of the tasks you may be required to do, we will match your skills, knowledge and training to Clients' individual needs. •Companionship •Communication with Client's family or advocates •Light housework •Shopping and daily meal preparation •Laundry, washing and ironing •Day to day administration required to run the home •Escorting Clients for trips out •Helping Clients get up in the morning, assisting with getting out of bed, washing, bathing and dressing. •Helping them undress and help into bed in the evenings •Prompting of medication. •Continence care and toileting As a live in Carer for Otus Live in Care, your employment status will be self employed .
