We are an Innovative NEW London based promotions business and we are looking for bright, creative, charismatic, lively and well presented males and females between the age of 18-30, who are resident within the West Midlands, to fulfil the role of catwalk and photo-shoot models for branded marketing campaigns and catwalk shows and who are also able to act as event hosts and p.r representatives for the launch of Mach 1 Promotions’ operations in the Birmingham & West Midlands area. The ideal candidate will be one that is very sociable, with a great set of I.T & inter-personal skills as well as the ability to communicate very well. It is essential for the candidate to be well presented and photogenic, with a good creative mind and a great way of speaking to people. We are looking for someone that is full of energy and has a relatively flexible schedule as a large part of the role will involve quite a lot of travelling to attend shows and events, as well as to attend shoots which could potentially go on for 4-6hrs. As a rep, your main duties will also involve attending meetings on behalf of the brand, communicating with new and existing clients as well as spreading the word about future events through new and established channels, it will also be mandatory to attend all of the company’s events and to socialize with customers and clients to create a pleasant Mac 1 atmosphere at all our events. In addition the ideal candidate must also have a talent for making new contacts, be very likeable and should enjoy meeting with new and existing clients to discuss, create, explore and translate ideas into creative work. Experience as a model is not essential as full training will be provided. There are 2 aspects to this role, therefore it does require someone who relishes a challenge, has a very diverse skill-set as well as a very vibrant personality and strong organizations skills. We also require the candidate to have a well grounded knowledge in IT and basic pc skills are also essential as a large part of communications will be via online channels i.e. email/skype and a lot of tasks will be pc based i.e. windows/mac packages. A firm grasp of social networking methods is also very beneficial. We are not looking for experienced professionals but we are looking for the right type of personality, a real people person.
