Bilingual French Customer Service Representative
Our client, IBM, is currently seeking a Bilingual English/French Support Representative within the Inside Sales team for a Temporary position. The position is located in Markham, Ontario and you will be reporting to IBM Management, in conjunction with your dedicated on-site Kelly Services Staffing Partner. You will be joining a dynamic and fun team supporting the entire IBM portfolio of products and services. This is a one year Maternity Leave position with a possible extension for longer term. ** This is not a Sales position. The pay rate for this opportunity is up to $18/hour (depending on experience) +4% vacation pay Other perks include: -Eligibility for stat holiday pay -Employee paid benefits after 3 months -Prompt weekly pay via direct deposit -We invest in your personal and professional growth by providing you with free training opportunities via our website mykelly.ca Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Assisting U.S. and Canadian IBM web customers with online ordering and handling presales inquiry traffic (via email, telephone, fax, live chat and social media technology). Driving noticed sales opportunities to the appropriate sales teams and assisting with post-sales order status and general inquiry calls. You will have prior customer support experience with a sales aptitude and you will want to build your skills and credentials with a world class inside sales team. You will be process driven with the ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced, team environment. You will be a detail oriented, organized, and team oriented individual with strong verbal and written English and French communication skills. You will be skilled with various MS Office Applications and PC knowledge (familiarity with Lotus Notes, database, CRM and web navigation). You will have completed University or a 3 year college program. You will possess relevant customer support experience and/or aptitude with the ability to understand technology and communicate its business value. You must be available to work 40 hours a week with a team whose hours of operation are 8am-8pm. You must be able to embrace the opportunity to learn something new and be intrigued by technology.
