This product has gained industry accolades from IBM, Gartner and others, leading to a continued need for Security Engineers. Security Engineer Requirements: 4+ years of experience implementing large-scale enterprise software deployments in a variety of industries 2+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Federated Single Sign-On arenas Hands-on implementation expertise with one or more of the following products (experience with Sun, RSA, Oracle, or CA may also be considered): IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM) IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM) IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI) IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) Comprehension of IT Security concepts and technologies such as: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Multi-Factor Authentication Role Based Access Control (RBAC) LDAP Directories (Schema and DIT Design, Usage) Automated Provisioning Strong integration skills including the ability to design, develop and test utilities (using, for example, Perl, JavaScript, unix shell, Java, C++ or C#) to be used for integrating disparate software projects J2EE, .Net, or other Object Oriented Development Skills are a plus Soft Skills and Background: Strong oral communication skills, including the ability to: Interface with clients when collecting requirements, describing a technical solution, or communicating technical status Work effectively with team members both within Lighthouse and with client technical staff Articulate details of a solution when required to non-technical staff Strong written communication skills, including the ability to: Document aspects of a technical solution (Universal Markup Language [UML], Visio, configuration instructions, test plans, and other relevant technical documentation) High acuity and attention to detail, including the ability to: Work within a fast-paced environment Self-motivate and operate independently Think creativity and “out of the box” when designing solutions Industry Background: Exceptional track record performing implementer or development role in large-scale enterprise software deployments. Employment and/or consulting project history (with accessible references) at one or more top-tier organizations. Education: A successful candidate will generally possess a Bachelors of Science (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Location: This is a remote contract and the right candidate is required to travel on occasion up to 30% so close proximity to one or more travel hubs is a plus.
