T5630/2012 (ASO6) Facilitator of Learning - Direct Care
Eligibility: Non-Public Sector Employees May Apply The Facilitator of Learning is a role within Youth Justice, Community Engagement and Organisational Support and is accountable to the Manager for: Developing, delivering, assessing, reviewing and evaluating learning and development programs and resources to meet the VET Quality Framework within DCSI’s scope of registration. The primary focus will provide job specific learning and development programs for Direct Care workers; case managing learners and developing learning plans appropriate to the skills, job role and learning requirements of individuals and groups; providing leadership in scoping, designing, consulting, implementing and evaluating learning and development projects within timeframes and allocated budget; contributing to coordinating and facilitating strategic initiative forums; developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Essential Minimum Qualifications: Workplace Training and Assessor qualification (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) as required by Australian National VET Regulator. Special Conditions: Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a Background Screening and National Criminal History Record Check (NCHRC) prior to being employed and every three years. Flexible approach to work and taking leave. Intrastate travel to regional locations. Current drivers licence.
