Undergraduate Degree in Information Systems or related discipline. * 6 + years related experience including control and development of standards. * Skill and experience in supporting DB2 with DPF V 9.5 and higher running on the AIX platforms. DB2 DWE experience is a plus. * Competent to work at highest level of all technical phases while working on own most of the time. * Excellent analytical, consultative, communication skills and report writing ability. * Strong Skills in DB2 ESE and DB2 ESE with DPF (DB2 EEE). * Understanding of AIX OS. * Understanding of Database Design as well as Database Modeling using Erwin. * Experience with scripting in Unix and ksh. * Strong problem solving skills. * Strong SQL skills. * Experience with Database performance and tuning. * Experience with System performance and tuning.
