Provide accurate forecasting and manage budget control for Inbound operations inc Launch Conduct / Support Linefeed operational studies. Manage Material Handling (MHE) budget and operations. Benchmark Logistics industry trends including optimisation tools, equipment technology and competitor practices. Investigate opportunities to extract positive examples of change from MP&L staff. Provide total Logistics advise / support and reporting to MP&L Management Conduct Go Look Sees across various plant functions, recommending / advising on best cost and operational solutions. Skills Required: Good understanding of MP&L / Manufacturing working processes / practises. Ability to communicate and influence up to leadership level. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Appreciation for the business operations and protocol. Highly organised, logical with attention to detail. Able to build strong relationships at all levels. Can work to tight deadlines and under pressure. Flexible with high energy and can-do attitude, self-motivated. Presentation skills, creative, good networking skills. Experience Required: Manufacturing Engineering. Able to fully participate as a team member. Able to apply their experience to problem solving and to assist in the development of others. Capable communicator. Experience Preferred: Experience in a similar role within an automotive industry. Additional Info: Must be willing to travel between Client sites.
