Job Description: Support 24x7 Data Center Operations by maintaining MAXIMO compliance documentation for Service requests, change requests, incident management, inventory and operations procedural documentation and many other technical and administrative functions required to maintain the critical business operations of the company. Skills: ITIL MAXIMO Change Management MS Office ITSM Documentation Documentation and Service Management Processes -Continuously document any and all procedures as encountered during incident mitigation continuously improving and expanding the knowledge base of the Run Book. -Follow ITIL Service management standards by submitting proper incident, Problem, service requests and change requests through the central MAXIMO system. -Complete weekly status reports including metrics of performance. -Work on existing service requests to assist 24x7 operations in maintaining a high up time standard for all environments. Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience in technology operations documentation and controls systems. Inventory management. Moves/adds/changes of technology systems.
