As part of the Customer Service Team working on the newly established Shop Direct Account, you`ll take calls from our customers and deal with a variety of enquiries. Our customers are at the very heart of what we do; by understanding our customer`s needs we can ensure we are able to provide information and deliver effective solutions in a positive and professional manner. You`ll have excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering excellent service. Just as importantly, you`ll be enthusiastic about the products and services we offer. So you`ll be well equipped to build genuine rapport with our customers as well as resolve queries effectively. We`ll also look for an eye for detail, accurate computer skills and a strong team ethic. And, of course, you`ll be highly motivated by both personal and team targets.
