OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR YOUNG, VIBRANT TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY IN SOUTH WEST LONDON
A young vibrant telecoms company is looking for an Office Administrator to help with day to day office duties with an immediate start. The telecoms company has just recently expanded into mobile recycling. Due to the rapid growth a position has opened up. Hourly Rate; £8.50 p/h, depending on experience Full Time: Monday-Friday; 9am to 5pm. Possibility of a permanent full time position; after 3 months. Job Overview: To work closely with the Managing Director and to carry out day to day office duties. Working alongside the director you will be assisting with PA duties and Payroll as well. Key Responsibilities: • Typing, photocopying, scanning, filing • Answering telephone, taking messages, booking appointments, customer service • Payroll • Booking travel • Data entry • Invoicing • Replying to emails • Undertake activities as directed to provide cover and support for the business • Booking post • Ordering stationary • Producing spread sheets, letters, emails and documents. Skills and Experience required: • Previous experience in office environment desired • Computer literate- knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with the experience of creating and managing databases • Working under pressure and meeting deadlines • Being able to work alone as well as part of a team • Communicate effectively with Directors, Customers and Employees, • Prioritize requests and work on own innovative Please forward your CV along with a cover letter to Sathi.
