Supply Chain Project Coordinator West Yorkshire � commutable from Wakefield, Bradford, Leeds, Pontefract �24 � 28,000 12 month contract role As part of its Supply Chain Transformation programme for its client, a major retailer, this dynamic logistics company is currently looking to recruit a Supply Chain Project Coordinator. Based at the client site in West Yorkshire, you will play a key part in successfully implementing cross-functional projects, ensuring that all scopes are completed and that project progress is accurately tracked and monitored. Responsibilities: � Collection, analysis and reporting of data: Ensure accurate reporting of progress Vs plan � Manage project status reporting � weekly/monthly (Support in the completion of status reports for project governance/steering meetings) � Ensure benefits tracking is completed according to agreement with Finance � Support in the collection and analysis of data to help validate project concepts and or trials � Project Administration & Process: Provide overall project administration support � Produce minutes from project meetings � Ensure stakeholder management/communication plan is being executed Skills/Experience required: � Good understanding of project management � Knowledge and previous experience of Supply Chain � Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook � Effective time management and an ability to work under pressure � Influencing skills � Able to demonstrate a high comfort level in working cross functionally across hierarchies in a large organisation This will be an excellent opportunity to really get involved in a high profile, major transformation project.
