The role consists of planning and organising engineer timetables and visits while making sure the highest level of service is delivered to the very large customer base. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in engineer/technician distribution and be familiar with managing a range of expectations. You will also need to be highly organised with the ability to communicate with a range of people from senior managers to engineers and the general public. Previous experience of working in or around London is highly advantageous, as a majority of the engineers will be based in this area.
