The regional office of a national main contractor are looking to hire a stand alone quantity surveyor to manage the procurement and first phase of a �2m new build doctors surgery. Working under JCT D&B form of contract you will be the number one quantity surveyor on the project and take the works from procurement of subcontractors through to 3/4 completion after circa 6 months. There is the option to continue after the 6 months but the works may not be full time after this initial period. The contract is site based and runs Monday to Friday from 830am to 430pm. We are looking for candidates with: Degree in Quantity Surveying Experience managing similar size projects as a number one Full knowledge of JCT D&B Within daily travel
