Telephone Customer Advisor
We are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join a successful team. Our client is a leading retailer in fashion and are looking for advisors to work within an administrative capacity within the customer service team. To be considered for the post you must have previous experience of working within a telephone customer service or administrative environment. The role is part time however various shifts are available mainly covering evenings and weekends. Duties will include: " Processing customer orders over the telephone, email and website " Updating in-house system accurately " answering any customer enquiries " Providing excellent customer service " providing product knowledge " Assisting with any other duties required in the office The right person You will ideally have previous customer service/administrative experience Excellent communication and organisation skills High level of PC skills Ability to be proactive and use imitative Flexible attitude to work
