I need a site created that is similar in function to the included link. Once a person enters their address in the form the google map would appear with floating items over their location and the location of the nearest rep for our product. Once the button is clicked the image over the rep. site would fly over to the residence site and a tag line would appear. Graphics will be provided. I need a bid for a cost analysis presentation in the next few days. The project will need to be completed by the end of the year (or sooner).
