Copywriting and Social Media Internship Insticator, an early-stage social prediction startup based in NYC, is looking for an intern to join our Content Team. As we prepare for launch, the Content Intern will work directly with Director of Content to write engaging, dynamic (and often controversial) content that will make up the backbone of Insticator. We're a small team, so you'll be interacting daily with the Development Team and the CEO -- expect to have your voice heard and to play an active role in shaping the future of Insticator. Internships at Insticator provide a unique opportunity to have high-level responsibilities, right from the start. The Content Intern will have the opportunity to help with: - Managing Insticator's Social Media presence, including, but not necessarily limited to our Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest accounts - Copywriting responsibilities, including content featured directly on the product and the blog - Data Analysis - PR and Marketing duties - Working with the Development Team to identify and resolve product issues - Interacting with Insticator's users to identify and prioritize key user needs, and resolve issues The ideal Insticator Intern will: - Be enrolled in, or have completed, a college degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) - Have excellent writing skills -- both professional and creative - Have some experience maintaining a blog - Be willing to take on multiple responsibilities and the skills to juggle those responsibilities - Have time management skills - Be proficient in multiple social media platforms - Have some Customer Service experience - Have some experience or familiarity with HTML, JavaScript,CSS, and/or web design (not a requirement, but a plus) - Have an awesome attitude and a good sense sense of humor If you think you're up for the challenge and want to work with a group of remarkable people (and think you're pretty remarkable, as well,) apply today.
