Job Description Job Title: Customer Acquisition Executive Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Area of Business: MC Marketing Team Band: Junior/Executive Reporting to: Head/MC Senior Marketing Manager Location: London Job Purpose Directly supporting the Multichannel Customer Acquisition Team, the Customer Acquisition Executive will play an active role in the development of secondary marketing channels, helping to deliver new and existing marketing actions to increase traffic and new customers to the NewLook.com website and improve ROI Accountabilities and Responsibilities Maintain and optimise existing secondary acquisition channels Liaise with third parties to ensure effective integration and development of online marketing activities with particular focus on Shopping Comparison and Affiliate Networks Management and optimisation of NL product feed to increase click-thru, conversion rates, and ROI Liaise directly with 3rd party agencies and media owners to ensure seamless technical integration of product feed Support Affiliate Network programme content and creative messaging Support Acquisition Manager in day-to-day running of Affiliate Networks, Shopping Comparisons, as well as promotional and testing activities Provide administration support to the Acquisition team in the provision of QR codes, Press and Article Releases, marketing promotions, and ad-hoc events Provide reporting and analysis of key marketing initiatives to help inform optimisation of channels Maintain and update the MC Marketing Calendar for the Acquisition team, liaising with key internal stakeholders across all areas including Offline Marketing, In-store, Online, Social, Mobile and PR Technical and Behavioural Skills, Knowledge & Experience Skills: Good understanding of Digital Marketing in particular Acquisition Channels Highly numerical/analytical with strong data analysis skills Ability to distil and communicate results Strong Excel (including pivot tables, dashboards, writing macros) Knowledge and Experience Previous practical online marketing experience, agency or client side, and an understanding of the key acquisition channels including search, affiliate networks, shopping comparison as well as multichannel marketing Working with and producing reports on channel performance, with a good understanding of acquisition KPIs and commercial models; PPC, CPA, CPM etc 1 year experience within an online marketing or E-commerce environment Minimum level of education or qualifications Ideally graduate level with 1 years experience or comparable experience Measures/Key Performance Indicator's Providing timely reporting to help acquisition team improve customer acquisition performance, specifically traffic, conversion, sales, and CPS Directly responsible for optimising secondary acquisition channels to set KPIs and CPS, with guidance from Acquisition Manager Proactively supporting the integration of new initiatives and Multi-Channel synergies Key Relationships Internally Multichannel and Customer Managing Director Head of Multichannel Marketing and Customer Acquisition Manager Buying, Merchandising and Design team IT, Business Intelligence and finance team Externally External agencies and suppliers eg Channel Advisor, Affiliate Window, Greenlight Visa Required: Applicants must be eligible to work in the specified location Job start date: ASAP Job duration: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Keywords: Retail
