FLASH DEVELOPER   REQUIREMENT #12-00514 RECRUITER:  CINDI PISNOY JOB LOCATION:  PLAINSBORO, NJ AUGUST 16, 2012   Project Description and Responsibilities: •  Ability to translate a creative brief into a design that solves the client’s    marketing/communication needs •  Works with Interactive Studio Manager to ascertain clients’ needs and provide    innovative, functional solutions for assigned projects •  Accepts feedback from the Interactive Studio Manager and incorporates it into the application •  Coordinates all aspects of functionality production/programming •  Works with designers to troubleshoot and solve production issues •  Performs work on multiple projects simultaneously •  Experience working in a pharmaceutical marketing environment a plus •  5-7 years of online media development experience in an interactive agency/studio environment   Requirements: •  Proficient in Flash Actionscript AS3. AS2 candidates will NOT be considered •  Utilizes object oriented programming methodology •  Utilizes MVC design pattern •  Strong knowledge of JSON, XML and dynamically driven Flash applications •  Familiarity with Flash libraries such as PaperVision3D, TweenLight, FLARManager •  Strong debugging skills •  Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript •  Must be proficient in all major web development applications, specifically: Adobe    Dreamweaver CS5, Flash CS5, Fireworks CS5, Illustrator CS5, Photoshop CS5,    FlashBuilder, and Acrobat Pro •  Knowledge of principles and practices of web development and digital media •  Attention to detail and quality assurance procedures •  Experience with kiosk and touch-screen technologies a plus •  Knowledge of Exploria e-Detailing software is a plus •  Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment •  Portfolio/work samples required Communication Skills: •  Participates in team and client meetings effectively and efficiently •  Keeps team lead well informed of project changes and challenges as they arise •  Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors •  Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations •  Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion •  Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully •  Effectively conveys our message and approach, written and verbally   Technical Understanding: Possesses general understanding in the areas of web development, application programming, database, and system design   This 12+ month position starts ASAP.   Please E-MAIL your resume (attachment to email) with rate and availability to Cindi: cindip@alphaconsulting.com
