Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Analyst
Houston based company needs an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) resource with a solid background in business analysis and Oracle EBS functional design and configuration. The position will have multiple responsibilities for continuing the business process analysis efforts and enhancing Oracle EBS to meet the needs of current and planned business operations. Responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS financial modules Provide subject matter expertise on functionality and capabilities of the Oracle EBS financial modules Work directly with multiple business teams to confirm business processes and system support requirements Develop business process related documentation including process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, process dependency maps, system integration maps, reporting requirements, etc. Perform gap analysis against the current EBS system configuration to identify required changes to support business requirements Develop configuration and/or technical specifications for needed system changes Communicate and coordinate with programming teams to ensure effective technical solutions are develop to meet the required business needs Facilitate and document testing strategies and participate in all phases of the testing cycles including unit, integration, system, and user acceptance Skills and Experience 8 + years IT industry experience 3+ years Oracle EBS functional design and configuration experience - R12.1.2 experience required Demonstrated experience with the following modules: Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and WebADI Demonstrated experience with using SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting Demonstrated experience with Financial Statement Generator (FSG) Preferred experience with the following modules: Fixed Assets (FA), Purchasing (PO), Projects, EBTax, and Vertex Apply Now
