We currently have an immediate requirement for an iPhone/ Android QA in San Jose, CA. This is a CONTRACT position. Responsibilities include: * Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases. You will be expected to contribute to functional, integration, certification, and regression testing, and work closely with specialists in areas such as accessibility, security, and performance. * Utilize knowledge of software design and work closely with engineering team to continually reassess risk and update testing strategies appropriately. * Work with Product Development, Product Management, Performance Engineering, and Operations teams to develop innovative testing solutions that meet market and business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability. * Scope and estimate testing effort, help plan projects, track progress to schedule, and report status including mitigation and remediation plans for project risks. Skills required include: * 2+ years of experience following quality assurance processes. * Familiarity with web services and defect tracking systems. * Advanced troubleshooting skills with Mac, Windows, iPhone, and Android Operating Systems. * Power user level familiarity with a variety of iPhone and/or Android apps.
