Virtual Assistant
I need assistance catching up with my paper work. I am behind with my invoicing and have to complete about 4 - 5 invoices urgently. Technically you don't need any accounting knowledge (although this would be helpful). You do need technical skills as my business does primarily IT work and web design and you will be required to write in "technical terms". i.e. knowing what a "CPU" is. Your primary goal is to save me time, I don't want to write the invoices for you as this wouldn't be saving me any time. You will be required to interview me on the work complete and the pricing and I will give as much detailed information as possible. With that information you will be supplied a quote template where you will type up this information in a professional, perfect english manner. Also expanding the information using technical terms where possible.
