CANDIDATE MUST HAVE MINIMUM TWO YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH VMWARE VIEW V4 OR V5. Excellent experience with and detailed understanding of Citrix Metaframe XP and Citrix Presentation Server 4.x within a large enterprise environment. In depth knowledge of the Citrix web Interface and Secure Gateway/Access Gateway. Three to five years of experience designing and supporting a large Citrix implementation across multiple locations. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server 2000/2003 and server hardware A can do attitude and a passion and commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service Relevant and current industry certification (CCA, CCEA, MCSE) will be highly regarded Project management skills Possesses expert-level technical knowledge in computer and/or network operating systems and related systems software and hardware. Uses expertise to install, configure, test, and maintain computer and/or network operating systems, related software, and hardware components. Assists with the establishment of technical direction and deployment strategy of related technology. Works efficiently with other teams to understand current and projected needs, and establish initiatives to support those needs. Ensure proper systems operations and implements proactive measures to ensure availability, reliability, and performance goals are consistently met.
