Answer general/technical questions on the import/export of .csv Must be able to show user how to simplify/modify - use of Simple Text Editor or Spreadsheet Editor (User familiar with Virtuemart feild separators and needs to learn how to create a similar and familiarize setting the Dividers to edit .csv files) use Teamviewer to navigate user and explain the process, and/or demonstrate how to set .csv category feilds correctly.
