Job Description: Inside Sales - 120 dials a day/ 30-40 conversations= 1-2 leads a day. Provided with a database with a leads list- all Business to Business sales. Must have some computer skills- MS Office- will be working on a computer all day long. All potential temp to hire. Direct Hire salary $27K + commissions. Job Experience: 1+ years experience in sales, preferrably manufacturing or technical sales background. Some college if not a degree. Need to have a strong work ethic, great attitude and phone etiquette, along with excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.
