Position Responsibilities Lead an onshore and offshore team in a global team environment comprising of product developers and support resources to oversee day-to-day team activities Must have prior banking and financial experience. Act as a technology expert on the team and participating in architecture, design, development, and deployment activities for various projects Participate in various stages of project lifecycle and lead a team of developers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects while complying with standard software development/business processes Interact with business and application team stakeholders as needed to understand problems and propose solutions Assist manager in complying with standard software development/business processes Participate in strategic planning for defining product roadmaps and formulating plans for realization of strategies Evaluate, recommend, and implement product enhancements and new product concepts based on market/ ? industry demand Available 24x7 to manage issues Participate in design reviews and ensuring implementation to the organizational quality standards Stay abreast of industry trends and make adaptations to products as necessary to maintain competitive advantage Respond to and resolve issues beyond standard management requests and participate in supporting the Core Services Platform Work in a global team environment Qualifications: 6-8 years of architecture, design, and implementation experience with the last 3 years working for a large financial institution.
