My client, a leading Welfare to work provider is looking for an experienced Employability coach to deliver a combination of skills training, training programmes, workshops, supported job search and IAG to support clients to gain employability skills and progress towards employment across Lancashire. Mainly Blackpool, Preston, Skelmersdale and Burnley Essential Criteria: *PTLLS or equivalent *Experience delivering Welfare to work contracts *Experience maintaining good working relationships with appropriate referral agencies *Experience delivering training in both 1:1 and group settings Desirable: *IAG Qualification or experience *Current knowledge of welfare benefits and issues *Basic in date CRB Salary Range: £18,000 to £22,000 pa This a 6 month fixed term contract If you would like to apply for this position please email your CV to ...
