Our client, located in Stennis, Mississippi, is seeking a Change Management Analyst who can complete the following: * Develops and maintains global methodology frameworks and components to facilitate consistency, integrity and usability of company solution and service delivery ITIL change management processes * Develops process documents and templates to establish consistency and repeatability in ITIL change management processes * Develops logical narrative to clearly express abstract methodology concepts and related items in a format that can be broadly understood by practitioners across the enterprise * Assists in defining information needed for processes and systems * Promotes the use of methodology and process within the team and the corporation * Assists individuals and teams in the selection of supporting methodology, tools, processes and techniques * Contributes to work product reuse; assists in the development of and implements improvements to life cycle development tools, processes, approaches and/or techniques incorporating best practices The successful Change Management Analyst applicant will possess an Associate's degree with two years of related experience. Equivalents will also be considered: a high school diploma (or equivalent) with four years of specialized experience in related field; a Bachelor's degree with one year experience; or a Master's degree with no experience.
