They are looking for a high calibre individual with strong .NET development background gained within the finance and wealth management arena to join their IT development team. The clients platform is written in VB.NET with ancillary services written in .NET and Java. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Experience of: Strong .NET development particularly Win32 and Web Strong Microsoft SQL server 2005 or later OO design and development Design patterns XML/XSLT/XSD Configuration Management Useful additional skills: Service Oriented Architecture Knowledge in one or more of the following systems Al fresco ADR Frontier Web Series Bank Wizard PAS Datanomic Document printing EMX, CTN, CFF IIS administration Source control systems Continuous integration Test driven development Knowledge of Java Degree level education or equivalent Proven track record in employing different testing tools and techniques in complex projects Good grounding in Object Oriented development techniques including full integration with relational databases Good team worker Effective communicator both verbal and written.
