Position Overview: The Media Team is responsible for issues related to the use of Our Client's photography, virtual tours and media. This includes: Managing and acquiring hotel images and virtual tours. Managing and monitoring image copyright and licensing issues. Initiating and managing media usage agreements. Driving: Image acquisition Licensing Production Storage and access Naming and crediting conventions Owning automated image production and managing Our Client's media asset systems. Additionally, the team handles image production as well as the processing of workflow for images submitted by hotels. The processing workflow handles the use of the Company's images and shopping paths. The Media Producer: Manages and oversees the workflow process for Our Client's hotel media. Is responsible for meeting Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) within his/her workflow, dealing with posting new images, updating and/or maintaining photos and/or virtual tours for hotels. Communicates with Hoteliers and Market Managers to ensure that the correct photos get loaded for hotels. Duties and Responsibilities: The Media Producer: Manages and owns the process and workflow for the Hotel Media team. Is responsible for meeting daily goals and SLAs. Ensures that image standards are met within his/her process. Interfaces with Vendors, Market Managers/Strategic Account Managers and Hoteliers. Manages Contractors' daily work. Collaborates with the Media team. Performs other duties as assigned. This is an estimated one-year PLUS contingent/temporary position in Bellevue, WA, through Volt Technical & Creative Communication, which is headquartered in Redmond, WA.
