This is a political cartoon. It's very mild and in the spirit of fun, so if you are extremely political please don't take this job. Ideally, there will be more if it succeeds. The image would be a side view of a car (only the top 10%-15% or so), a dog, a few standard props such as chair and table, the background does not have to be detailed maybe just a couple things for depth (not sure really) and that is about it. It needs color and should be playful. I'm not looking for a highly detailed cartoon image. The most detail would be with the dog. The image would go on a t-shirt and or bag. As long as the idea is conveyed, I will be happy. Some captions would be used and a good looking title at the top. Speed is what is most important. I have images of what I want you to work with.
