Communications Manager Financial Services Organisation Canary Wharf Location 2 Month Contract - Immediate Start Up to £200 per day Our client, a global retail bank, is on the hunt for a Communications Manager to join their team for a 2 month contract starting ASAP based out of their Canary Wharf offices. As a Communications Manager you will champion face to face communication in the UK bank by delivering a range of strategic leadership events and related communications support that will drive business performance and change. The role operates in a complex environment juggling a host of competing change initiatives and business activities across UK, and requires a high level of sophistication managing multiple contacts with a wide variety of people. You will provide expert advice to the Relationship Managers in how best to design and deliver events that will add value, engage employees and drive behavioural change across the UK. In addition you will be required to provide support, guidance and advice in delivering Group communication events such as the CEO roadshow, Vision and values and other internal communication and change programmes. You will become the Team Brief Champion, ensuring that the UK management team understand and deliver high-quality and regular team briefing to their teams. You will maintain an up to date knowledge of technical and product developments to ensure delivery consistently meets customer needs, and you’ll be aware of the impact of your guidance upon customers, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s key customer and business ethos of “Treating Customers Fairly” and “Best Place to Bank” at all times. You will be keen to find practical but innovative, high quality solutions to meet business needs and you’ll be committed to providing advice and support to others.
