Italian speaking Customer Service Representative Location: South West London, Surrey Type: Temporary � 4 week assignment � immediate start Salary: �10.00 � �12.00 per hour plus holiday Client Profile: Are you a proven customer service professional, who is passionate about delivering an unrivalled customer experience? We are looking for a Italian speaking Customer Service Representative to play a key role in prompt, professional and efficient management of customer enquiries. Role Description: -Personally providing an exceptional level of customer service and achieving sales and service KPIs -Prompt management of customer queries and orders -Supporting the order to dispatch process with timely delivery to customers -Effective management of customer complaints, ensuring the lasting impression is positive -Ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and data integrity -Escalating issues in order of priority to ensure a quick and definitive outcome -Working in a busy and pressurised team environment to deliver an outstanding service -Taking ownership of your own personal progression and development in the role/company Person Specification: The successful candidate for the role of Italian speaking Customer Service representative must possess the following key attributes: -Full business fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal -Educated to A level/degree level or equivalent -Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical customer response roles is preferred -Demonstrated keyboarding and PC literacy skills are critical (MS Office, Databases, Word, Excel) -Highly organised with a real sense of urgency -Able to articulate yourself clearly and confidently with customers and internal colleague alike -Professional, methodical and mature outlook on work ethics and customer service provision -Reliable and punctual Additional Information Talent Quest Ltd is a specialist recruitment consultancy service specialising in Digital, Media, Creative, PR, Marketing, Market Research & Insight as well as multilingual & supporting functions.
