Iconic ASX listed Retail giant client is looking for a Business focused (NOT IT) program manager who has recently managed and has extensive experience in Business review, Change management, Process improvement, Conflict management, Risk, audit and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Blue chip consultancy background and good knowledge of the retail industry. To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have a strong mix of the following key skills:- 2+ Years in a Business Program Manager role or 5+ relevant years of experience as a Senior Project Manager. Experience in managing the delivery of up to 20 projects concurrently Experience in managing 5 or more medium sized projects ($100K to $1M) and/or 5 or more large projects (>$1M) Experience in the retail industry Advanced conflict management skills In this role, you're responsibilities will include:- Maintain capital expense plan for the program with regard to the budget managing actual/forecast for the program. Establish and maintain key metrics that demonstrate insights into the performance of the programme. Ensure projects are managed appropriately across the program Ensure all projects and programs to have up to date and baselined charters, plans, issues and risks registered, dependency mapping.
