My client, a leading name in global Financial Services, has a current requirement for a seasoned in-house/onsite recruiter to join them on an interim basis - their preference is someone who can commit on a long-term basis as there could be a possibility of perm for the right candidate further down the line. While this isn't a management-level role, it would be ideal if candidates have some experience of mentoring more junior members of staff as this individual will often be positioned as the 'go-to' person for the rest of the team and senior stakeholders within the firm. Key responsibilities - Working with recruitment suppliers to ensure highly successful and commercial working relationships - Drive direct recruitment solutions where appropriate. - Ownership, direction and control of the Global Recruitment process from inception of mandate through to completion, including the provision of advice to the internal client around recruitment strategy - Maintenance and development of Career website to further develop direct hiring capabilities - Promotion of internal referral scheme to further extend reach to interesting candidate communities. - Development of employer brand through participation in career fairs and the building of strategic relationships with key academic organizations - Maintaining recruitment reports on an ongoing basis - Financial Services experience is definitely preferred however candidates from other global, matrix organisations may be considered.
