Long Term Temporary Role Do you enjoy providing administrative support to a team of individuals? Does working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment appeal to you? Our client, an industry leading giant and one of Alberta's Top 50 Employers is looking for an intermediate administrative assistant to join their team on a long term temporary basis. The focus of this position is to provide administrative support to the project manager and the respective team members as well as back up to the director and his team. Duties will include: Word processing of various documents including letters and reports Organizing meetings, travel and conferences Taking minutes of meetings Preparing monthly expense reports; coordinating time sheeting Upkeep of electronic and paper filing systems; as well as vacation and absence schedules Ordering office supplies Coordinating office moves; onboarding and offboarding of employees and contract staff Organizing security passes, computer access requests, telephone installation Other general administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years experience in an intermediate/senior administrative role Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision Experience with PeopleSoft and SharePoint preferred This position is available to start immediately.
