Our client is currently seeking a Informatica PL/SQL Developer / Lead in San Francisco, California. Responsibilities: * Translate business/systems requirements into high level and detail technical designs * Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution * Completes efficient coding and unit testing on complex applications * Provide assistance to Technical Lead/Project Manager in estimating work efforts * Adherence to the defined System Development Lifecycle * Maintain a thorough knowledge of developments in the Information Technology industry that may provide benefit to the company's Facets Development and Support team Top 3 Skills: * 2 - 4 Years Informatica * 2 - 4 Years PL/SQL * Facets and healthcare is a nice to have Education/Requirements: * Generally requires 4 to 6 years of directly related professional experience and possesses deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies. * Minimum of 4+ years of software development experience * Minimum 4+ years experience as ETL designer / developer using Informatica PowerCenter 8.1, PowerExchange CDC, PowerConnect * Solid knowledge in database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server) - minimum of 4 years * Good programming knowledge in PL/SQL - minimum of 4 years * Proven experience with the design and development of large scale ETL solutions integrating multiple source systems and must have experience with unstructured data * Implementing and Refining required business transformation rules and logic * Analyzing source systems for data profiling and creation of source to target mapping specs * Designing and developing exception handling, data standardization procedures and quality assurance controls * Optimizing ETL performance * Preparation of technical specification documentation * Solid understanding of overall data warehouse design principles * Must have experience with Informatica Power Center 8.x versions * Solid UNIX shell scripting skills * Demonstrated experience maintaining Informatica Server environments * Proven experience designing and developing Quality Assurance solutions * Experience working on Facets Extension, interfaces & report's development is an added advantage * TriZetto Facets data model knowledge in Claims, Billing, Provider areas is preferred * Ability to work independently with minimum support/mentoring * Good Communication Skills.
