Experience HR Adviser required for a 3-month temporary assignment based in Weston-Super-Mare. First-hand knowledge of HR Case Work is essential including disciplinary, capability, grievance and ill health/attendance management cases. Actively supporting HR Managers to provide innovative practical and pragmatic HR support to the business. Resolving complex or high profile employee issues, liaising with trades unions as appropriate. Identify trends and common issues and report to Senior HR Management with potential solutions. Adhere to HR Policies and ensuring service is delivered in a manner consistent with the Service Level Agreement. Promote employee health and well-being initiatives and help ensure productive employee relations.
