My client is looking for 2 Business Analysts who will be responsible for detailed systems analysis and design of the organisation's IS and ICT applications. You will provide detailed analysis of business requirements to inform the development of IS and ICT applications for the organisation n support of the IS and ICT Strategy. Using detailed analysis of the the clients operations you will be able to assist with the creation and maintenance of the applications portfolio. With each technical solution proposed a feasibility of the overall context of the organisations objectives must be considered. A crucial element to this role will be managing relationships with internal customers, ensuring service levels are agreed and performance is tracked in order to manage and satisfy customer expectations. You will be expected to have the following skills and attributes:- Qualified to ISEB Practitioner level in Business Systems Analysis or equivalent. Track record of working in a systems analysis role. Sound knowledge of IT packages and systems. Proficiency with software packages: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project. Highly analytical and numerate. Good oral & written communication skills. Problem solving skills, able to think conceptually. Able to work as part of a team with excellent people skills and willingness to contribute as required. Able to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment and meet deadlines. Well organised, self motivated and attention to detail. Delivery-focused, results orientation. Has a developed knowledge of a number of systems analysis tools and methods from which to draw upon.
