Management Accountant Stevenage/Wymondham £23,000-£30,000 plus car Allowance Our client is a leading support services company, who ensure the highways, rail, waterway networks and environmental sectors are well maintained. We are looking for a management accountant to join our finance team, working on environmental services contracts. You will sit on the senior management team for your sector, working independently to provide financial support and advice. The role will be on a fixed term contract until the end of March 2013. About the role You'll provide financial support to the central and south regional finance and commercial teams. You will prepare the management accounts for environmental services contracts, producing month end reports, monitoring specific costs and carrying out reconciliations to ensure accuracy of reported revenue costs. As a finance expert you will help the management team to prepare budgets, quarterly forecasts and contracts. What you'll need Ideally, you will have experience of management accounts or auditing gained in a commercial background. You will need to be ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified or qualified by experience. As you will be working independently, you will need experience in a similar role; working using your own initiative and with a flexible approach.
