Their small works division offers a range of solutions to both domestic and commercial clients and, due to an enhanced workload, they require an experienced Working Foreman. You would be working on a school refurbishment scheme, and, although predominantly a hands on role, you will also be responsible for promoting Health and Safety, liaising with clients and supervising other trades. SMSTS, First aid and CSCS qualifications are essential and you should also have a carpentry background together with sound awareness of other trades. The initial contract is for circa 8 weeks although the client can see this running far longer assuming the workload remains consistent.
