Hands-on experience of supporting LAN/WAN IP networks including Cisco 4500 and 3750 L3 Switches and 2960 L2 Switches in a live production environment is essential. Also, hands-on experience of supporting Cisco IP voice networks in a live production environment, including Call Manager 7.x or 8.x, Unity Connection 7.x or 8.x, and SRST routers. Hands-on experience of Cat 5 cabling systems, including patching in the wiring closet and at the user's desk. You must have confident telephone manner, excellent problem solving skills, and several years experience of providing network support in an enterprise IP network.
