Executive Assistant
Responsibilities Include: Relieves the executive of administrative type functions in order to increase the time an executive has available for executive level responsibilities. Handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office. Handling confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Maintains calendar appointments, meetings and dates using Outlook; Composes correspondence and arranges meetings/teleconferences. Handles routine tasks such as mail, phone, travel arrangements and expense reporting, and assigned projects. Requirements W2 ONLY!! WILL NOT CONSIDER 1099 OR CORP TO CORP (Basic)Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent as specified with 1 - 3 years of administrative experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to an executive. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. (Intermediate) - Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent as specified with 3 - 5 years of administrative experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to an executive. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. (Advanced) – Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent as specified with 5+ years of administrative experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to an executive. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 1-3 years experience with MS Outlook, MS Word and MS PowerPoint Skilled user of all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Etc.). Demonstrated strength in facilitating projects, multiple tasks and priority setting. Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communications skills. Independent, self-starter with organizational savvy. Excellent time management skills. Demonstrated interpersonal and team-oriented skills. High level of attention to detail. High sense of urgency. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish work priorities. Able to perform work accurately, timely and effectively. Proven success in retaining confidential and sensitive information. Ability to positively interact with all levels of management, employees and functional business partners
