Based out of a purpose built modern head office in Bracknell, this role will be working within a large Marketing team of 30. The EMEA Marketing Executive has responsibility for campaign management within their relevant vertical market.This role will be strongly focused on driving demand generation for the energy vertical. The marketing executive will manage and implement vertical marketing campaigns inline with the strategic marketing plan, utilising the appropriate marketing communications mix to include direct mail, eMarketing (including SEO and email) PR and advertising. As a member of the Marketing team, you will play a critical role in increasing our Demand Generation by developing and executing well segmented and targeted lead generation campaigns. In addition to this you will oversee the monitoring of leads and sales for your individual campaign activities and report regularly to the EMEA Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: ·Work with the EMEA Marketing Manager to plan, manage and implement vertical marketing campaigns in line with the strategic marketing plan. ·Develop and implement strategy for ongoing marketing programmes, research new marketing trends/initiatives ensuring that you are up to date on innovative marketing techniques ·Work with external design agency to fulfil creative and print production processes in line with marketing campaigns. Manage the delivery of campaigns on time and within the allocated budget. Oversee monitoring of leads and sales for individual campaign activities and report regularly to EMEA Marketing Manager. Manage appropriate press activities in line with vertical marketing campaigns to include new product announcements, enhancements and partnership news and align with the corporate PR team. ·Rollout comprehensive direct mail initiatives in line with the marketing plan to include the research and purchasing of relevant direct mail and email lists to further develop prospect databases. ·Define, rollout and maintain industry best practise, inclusive of email legislations Qualifications and Background: ·Solid marketing background understanding audience value propositions, go-to-market formats, marketing techniques and innovative marketing concepts ·Strong marketing copywriting skills, excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling ·High attention to detail ·Lead management and revenue focused with experience of the end to end lead process ·Experience and confidence at presenting at a senior level ·Deep expertise and experience in B2B marketing ·Knowledge/Experience of the energy industry beneficial
