Developing an industry leading venture, this ambitious company is actively pursuing an Onshore Logistics Manager. THE ROLE *Accountability of equipment and supplies, procurement and daily request for logistics support from domestic and field customers * Co-ordinate and supervise crew changes, shipping bills, supplies, cranes, berths and transportation for loading & unloading of supply vessels * Liaise with offshore drilling rig as to drilling material and equipment requirements * Organize and place bookings for workboat berths, stevedoring, craneage, labour and transportation. * Relocate drilling equipment back into storage area, return specialized drilling equipment and materials back to suppliers and reconcile all materials at the end of offshore drilling program. THE PERSON * Tertiary qualified in a relevant field * Experienced with the challenges of project and remote site construction logistics * Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills * Commercially savvy with track record in financial and business management with the ability to plan and meet challenging deadlines.
