Our client, a food manufacturer in East Hull are seeking an experienced HR Co-Ordinator to join them on an initial 3 month placement, potentially leading to a permanent position for the right candidate. The job purpose is to support and provide all round assistance to the HR manager, and will include the following responsibilities: *maintain a strong communication with on-site recruitment agency, confirming number of workers weekly/ daily and circulating the confirmed staff list to management *collate, validate and process weekly agency payroll and conclude any discrepancies *plan and organise nightshift staffing in accordance to the production plan *schedule all employment reviews, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals and attend accordingly *plan and maintain staff working rota for the Security Guards *perform any other duties for the needs of the business as directed by management. This role is a full time role, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and will be paid at £8/hour. Candidates should have experience in HR and a background in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
